I’m Emily, the baker behind Dinwiddie Hearth — a tiny cottage‑kitchen bakehouse in Knottingley. Everything is handmade in small batches using simple ingredients, traditional methods, and a lot of care.

I now bake pre‑order only, with all collections arranged by appointment to keep things fresh, calm, and intentional. If you enjoy Real Bread–inspired bakes and supporting local makers, you’re in the right place — the hearth is still warm, just in a more curated, made‑to‑order way.
