We are Trystan and Non. We have lived and worked on a Council Farm in Sarn, Powys since August 2021. Our

We have sheep on the farm to produce our own high quality Welsh lamb and mutton. Since moving to Sarn, we have started to keep pigs to produce our own pork. We have recently purchased Dexter cows so that we can produce our own beef. This is something we will be offering from April onwards!

Trystan prepares the meat in a purpose built unit on the farm. All our meat is non-religiously slaughtered.
