69 Aire Walk, WF11 9NL, Knottingley, West Yorkshire, GB
Fresh, hand‑crafted New York–style everything (garlic, onion, poppy, sesame and sea salt topped) bagels baked using a technique taught to me by my nephew — a 5‑Star Michelin Chef.
Boiled for shine, baked for chew, and served warm from my little Knottingley cart.
Small‑batch, artisan, unforgettable.
I’m Emily, the baker behind Dinwiddie Hearth — a tiny cottage‑kitchen bakehouse in Knottingley. Everything is handmade in small batches using simple ingredients, traditional methods, and a lot of care.I now bake pre‑order, with all collections arranged by appointment to keep things fresh, calm, and intentional. And on Sundays, you’ll find me at the corner of Weeland Road and Chapel Street from 11am until around 1:30–2pm, with my bakery cart and a small, curated selection of fresh bakes for anyone passing by.If you enjoy Real Bread–inspired bakes and supporting local makers, you’re in the right place — the hearth is still warm, just in a more curated, made‑to‑order way.
